Age and Acquisition
                In learning about language, there is a cut-off at about 12 age. The learners lose the ability to fully learn a language. This strict version has since been rejected for a second language acquisition, as adult learners have been observed who reach native-like levels of pronunciation on general fluency. However in general, adult learners of a secong language rarely achieve the native fluency that children display. Thus, common observation tell us that children are better language learners than adults.

Language
                Language is a system for expression of thoughts, feelings, etc. By the use of spoken sounds.it is used for communication or to describe something to one person or more. Language is a complex system which develops in the child spontaneously without conscious effort. So, we can say bthat language is not something that comes in nicely package units. It means that teachers of second language have to pay attention for those aspects, such as : cognition, writing systems, nonverbal communication.sociolinguistics, and first language acquisition. Your understanding of the components of language determines to a large extent how you teach a language.

Learning and teaching
                As we know that student learn in many ways-by seeing, hearing, reflecting, acting, memorizing, and visualizing. Teaching methods also vary. Some
instructors lecture, others demonstrate or discuss;
some focus on rules and others on examples;
some emphasize memory and others
understanding. There are some learning and teaching styles, such as: dimension of learning styles, sensing and intuitive learners, visual and verbal learners, active and reflective learners, etc. Teaching styles are made up of the methods
and approaches with which instructors feel most comfortable; if they tried to change to
completely different approaches they would be
forced to work entirely with unfamiliar,
awkward, and uncomfortable methods, probably
with disastrous results from the students’
point of view.
