Age and Acquisition
Second-language acquisition
is the process by which people learn a second
language. Second-language acquisition (often abbreviated to SLA)
also refers to the scientific discipline devoted to studying that process.

Issues in first language
acquisition revisited
While considerable SLA research has
been devoted to language learning in a natural setting, there have also been
efforts made to investigate second-language acquisition in the classroom. This
kind of research has a significant overlap with language education, and it is
mainly concerned with the effect that instruction has on the learner. It also
explores what teachers do, the classroom context, the dynamics of classroom
communication. It is both qualitative and quantitative research.
Learning
and Teaching
1. Learning
Learning
is a process of learner, which is do not understand becomes understand. so,
learning is getting knowledge or skill
by study, experience and discussion.
2. Teaching
Helping
the learner to learn how to do something, giving instruction, guiding them and
provide the material in order to know or understand.
The
are some concepts to number of subfields within the discipline of psychology
such as acqusition prosess, perception, memory system, mmotivation, strategies,
the role of practice etc.
Teaching
is guiding and facilitating learner to study by some methods. However, the
methods, your approach, and classroom technic are important to describe the
understanding of learners learn.
A theory teaching will point the
way to successful procedure on given a day for given learners under the various
conststrains of special context of learning.
Your
theory of teaching is your theory of learning. “stood on it’s head” it can be
concluded that upon teaching we as a teacher obligate to make the learners
understand not just share the knowledge only.
LANGUAGE
Language is the most
important aspect in the life. We use language to express inner thoughts and
emotions, and to communicate with others.
Language functions refer to the purposes in
which we use language to communicate. We use language for a variety of formal
and informal purposes, and specific grammatical structures and vocabulary are
often used with each language function.
