A. Learner Characteristic
I think life`s experiences support learning such us intellectual
capacities, abilities, and weaknesses. The purpose of other question is
learners successes in acquiring a foreign language and teachers capacities to
enable learners to achieve that acquisition.
B.
LINGUISTIC FACTOR
Linguistic is scientific study of
language, and also includes the study of other aspects like the influence
sosial, cultural, historical, and political. So for listener there are many factors
to study linguistic. Both of them are depend on their daily habits, include their
language, They habitually communication, how are they used daily language.
Beside that, there are some aspect such as related between listener’s language
and second language, and for properties of the second language can be difficult
to understand for listener. Based of those the language teacher must to
understand the system and functioning of the second language and the
differences between language of listener and the second language.
C. LEARNING
PROCESSES
Learning takes time and place, and
process is a way to do or understand something. When we choose learning
activities, it is can be reflect about what to it and we actually doing when
learns something. So learning process is the way to make other people
understand about the second language. This process is made from three major
principles:
1.
Identification
of gaps between one’s ideal self and real self and represent a primary
motivator to learn and improve.
2.
Creation
and implementation of a challenging and realistic action plan development.
3.
Ongoing development dialogue between
learners and supervisors. Both have a responsibility to ensure that the entire
learning process happens.
Here
are process of learning: be introduced to it, get to know more about it, try
out, get feedback, reflect, adjust and try again.
